Greenlit ("we," "us," or "our") provides a sponsor-readiness platform for content creators, including scoring tools, business assessments, and sponsorship preparation resources. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute spam, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.
All content, features, and functionality of our platform — including our scoring methodologies, templates, and reports — are owned by Greenlit and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Greenlit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
